Group Coaching

Group coaching is a fun and creative way of accelerating successful strategies and outcomes.  Group sessions are run as one hour 'workshops' on a monthly basis over 10 sessions (minimum of 5 participants).

In addition to the group coaching session, each participant will receive an individual one hour coaching session per month to focus on their specific individual goals.

The workshops are designed to focus on issues relevant to the individuals of each group and to harness the creative thoughts generated in such an enthusiastic and fun environment.

Business workshops will cover the essential elements of planning such as time management, dealing with difficult people, customer service and building lasting relationships, financial planning & budgeting and creating simple and effective processes and procedures.

Lifestyle workshops (such as our popular 'Six Steps to Sensational Living') look at the definition of 'success' and what that means to you personally; a personal 'review' to learn from the past and incorporate that learning with new strategies to create an inspiring and sensational way of living.

Additionally each individual with develop a personal 7 year plan, mission statement and goals specific to their business, career and / or lifestyle aspirations.

Note: Pre-requisite for Group Coaching. Each participant will have attended a minimum of one individual coaching session prior to joining the program

Packages incorporating both individual and group activities are available
