Some of you may be thinking ‘halleluiah and good riddens to the noughties’ and others may just be excited to get started on a brand new year of exciting opportunities. Get ready to create the life (business / career, emotional resilience, finances, relationships & spirituality) that you’ve always wanted!
Either way – I’m finding that people I’m talking to are really excited about starting a new decade. It’s the same excitement people felt about the new millennium.
Big things are bound to happen and whilst I’ve noticed a few reports on the internet like: ‘the last 10 years in the news’ – I’ve found there’s little focus on the really brilliant things that happened over the last decade. Of course technology is always up there – but what about personally – what big things have happened in your lives over the last 10 years?
For me a review of the decade of course shows both inspiring and challenging events, click here to review my Top 10 Achievements of the ‘Noughties’.
Personal and Business Review
Twice a year I conduct a personal and business review and over the last few years, have done the same with many of my clients. I find it’s a great way firstly, to remind myself of my achievements (it’s so easy to just keep going without stopping to bask in the spotlight); what challenges I faced; how did I respond to them and what were my most valued ‘learnings.’ Then I take that info and work out how to blend the best of the previous year with new and exciting plans I’m formulating for the future.
The midyear review helps me work out my budget and business plan for the new financial year and the December review creates a ‘check’ to make sure everything is on track and I ‘tweak’ the things that may have been an ‘unknown quantity’ at the time of conception.
Don’t forget to collect your copy of my Personal and Business Review. Just click here if you haven’t already done so.
Future issues of the newsletter will cover links to relevant business & lifestyle (business/career; health, emotional and spiritual wellbeing; finances; relationships & communication), articles, blogs and websites, book reviews, as well as answering critical questions you may have sent through and the answers to which would benefit the wider community.
Emotional Resilience
You may have read the article on our website about Dysfunctional Pattern Clearing (the clearing of beliefs and behaviours that are linked to emotional triggers which stop us from moving into more successful patterns). I have already started using this technique successfully with clients and will be posting testimonials as they come through.
If you are finding that there are some situations that are causing you frustration or distress – then right now might be the time to get to the bottom of what’s causing this. Then you can start moving towards success in all areas of your life more confidently and with greater emotional resilience.
And Finally....
We also have some other offers coming through with Cookie Man this year (and I am negotiating a national campaign at a later stage, wherever this is not currently possible) – so keep your eyes peeled for those.

As always, our mission is to assist people in creating inspirational businesses; careers; relationships; finances; emotional resilience; spirituality; health and to integrate a balanced approach to all areas of life in whatever ‘success’ means to you personally.
Personal best regards
