Schools Coaching
Over the last few years, Embrionics has worked in conjunction with staff and Principals in Secondary schools to develop effective programs for students that both assist them with their personal development, teaching resilience and lifestyle strategies and with programs that assist them to improve their practical and academic results based on strategies for continuous improvement.
Case Study
The Australian International Performing Arts High School (A.I.P.A.H.) opened in 2005 and is based in Harris Park, near Parramatta. AIPAH has participated in a range of specifically designed programs. The programs were written in consultation with the Principal and in collaboration with teaching staff, who also participated in partial delivery of the program through a Values Workshop. AIPAH's participation in these programs has assisted them to identify core values and develop a culture of acceptance, honesty, trust and encouragement across all streams. Students were able to address issues and devise strategies that support their pursuit of excellence, within what is a very multicultural environment. Their school motto is "Passionate about Performance".
